Access to and use of the Influo.gr platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Influo.gr is a free online platform that connects influencers with brands. We provide only the technical infrastructure for communication and finding collaborations. WE ARE NOT part of any contractual relationship between users.

3. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT

To use the platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities on your account

We reserve the right to exclude any user who violates the terms.

4. USER BEHAVIOR

Users must:

• Comply with all laws and regulations
• Respect other users
• Not post misleading, offensive, or illegal content
• Not use the platform for fraud, spam, or malicious practices
• Not violate third-party intellectual property rights

5. COMPLETE LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

The Influo.gr platform is provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' without any warranty, express or implied. WE ABSOLUTELY AND COMPLETELY DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR:

• Any damage, loss, or harm (direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential) arising from use or inability to use the platform
• Outcomes, acceptance, execution, or non-execution of collaborations between influencers and brands
• Payments, contracts, agreements, or any financial transactions between users
• Accuracy, completeness, reliability, or usefulness of any information, content, or data posted by users
• Security breaches, hacking, data loss, service interruptions, or technical problems
• Actions, omissions, statements, contracts, promises, or behavior of any user (influencer or brand)
• Problems, disputes, conflicts, or legal matters between users
• Violations of intellectual property, personal data, or other rights of third parties
• Any other damage or claim related to platform use

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for anything that happens between users. The platform is simply a connection tool. All contracts, payments, obligations, and responsibilities are the sole responsibility of users.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content you post remains yours. However, by posting, you grant us permission to display it on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to the content you post.

8. TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

We may terminate or suspend any account that violates the terms of use, at any time and without notice.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of the new terms.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Greek law. Any dispute will be resolved in Greek courts. Users accept the exclusive jurisdiction of Greek courts.
